Terms and Conditions

CORWELL Ltd. undertakes with the conditions detailed in the shipping services the delivery of the purchased orders to the previously agreed address.

The CORWELL Ltd. carries out the deliveries involving transport companies. The parking, stopping and loading conditions at the given address should be provided by our client Partner. In a case differing from this, CORWELL Ltd. cannot undertake the delivery, and our Partners can use the on-site delivery in Dunakeszi.

The delivery at the specified address is subject to time limit. Depending on the selected service, the first 10 minutes (Express Dealer, Office Express) or 30 minutes (Dealer 24, Office 24) are free of charge for our Partners, the costs are undertaken by CORWELL Ltd.

Based on the detailed description of the services, where we have the possibility, we hand over the goods item by item, what You justify by signing and stamping the invoice and the delivery note.

 

Dunakeszi on-site merchandise receipt

For the orders placed in advance in writing  or on-site at the customer service we provide opportunity for reception at our depot (2120 - Dunakeszi, Pallag Street 37.) on weekdays between 08:15-17:00.

For our partners paying by bank transfer we are at the disposition between 07:15-8:15 with an on-duty merchandise receipt.

 

Dealer Delivery

Our dealer Partner can request the delivery of the ordered products in several ways and with time limit.

To choose the most appropriate transport solution for You, please revise the ways we can deliver to You or your Partner, within 3,5 or 24 hours, or even at night.

Dealer Express:

Delivery from wholesaler to retailer within 3,5 hours in Budapest and in the surrounding-area.

Using this service You have the opportunity to take over the ordered goods within 3,5 hours.

Terms and conditions:

  • The deadline for placing the order is 16:00, delivery within 3,5 hours after ordering.
  • The service is available in Budapest and its surroundings (in the marked settlements).
  • The service is available for our Partners paying by bank transfer and for Partners paying cash on delivery, as well.

Advantages:

  • Inasmuch there is no possibility to come for the ordered goods to the CORWELL's depot, but the next-day transport would prove already to be late, with this service, within 3,5 hours is available to receive the ordered product.
  • Our Partner can promise to the end-user partner, that the product, which is urgently needed, can be taken over in his shop within 3,5 hours.

Dealer24:

Free shipping for retailers within 24 hours on the whole territory of Hungary.

The orders placed on weekdays till 16:00 we deliver to Your site the next working day between 08:00-17:00. The service is available throughout Hungary for our Partners paying both by bank transfer and cash payment, as well. Above net HUF 35 000 invoice value the delivery is free of charge.

Terms and conditions:

  • The deadline for placing the order is 16:00, the deadline of delivery is the next working day.
  • The order placement can happen through any electronic channel.
  • CORWELL Ltd. reserves the right to merge multiple orders placed on a given day, and does not manage them as an item to be delivered separately.

Advantages:

  • Our dealer Partners do not need to keep any stocks, since the Corwell stockpiles is always at their disposal.
  • Order every day, and based on the incoming orders to You on that day, we guarantee to deliver the next working day the items on stock.
  • Regardless of the extenct of Your orders, the delivery is guaranteed.
The value of orders placed on a given day, at a different time, can not be merged. The orders must reach values of HUF 35,000 net invoice value separately, so that You shouldn’t bear the shipping cost.

Overnight delivery:

From wholesaler to retailer until 08:00 o’clock next day.

The order submitted until 16:00 by our dealer Partner will be placed by us to a sealed premise at a pre-registered location till 08:00 o’clock next day. The delivery will be performed by a specialized package logistics company. Inasmuch the purchase order date is Friday, or the day following the day of the order is a public holiday, the order will be delivered even in this case the next day.

Terms and conditions:

  • The deadline for placing the order is 16:00 o’clock, delivery until the next day 08:00 o’clock.
  • The overnight delivery is done by manual packing exclusively, there is no possibility for mechanical handling of bulky goods, thus in case of ordering goods- and paper in bulk is not available.
  • Prior to the use of service, our Partners need to develop a lockable premise, guaranteeing the security and integrity of cargo, which is suitable for receiving the goods.
  • The service is available for our Partners paying by bank transfer, throughout the country, after signing the contract.
  • When receiving the goods, please check in the first step every time the number and integrity of packages, complaint will be accepted till 12:00 o’clock following the workday of delivery.

Advantages:

  • Using the service, You get a competitive advantage, since according to the order placed until 16:00 o’clock, the products can be taken over the very next day, at the opening of Your store.
  • With this service You also have the possibility to deliver to Your Partners within 24 hours.
  • It is available throughout the country.
 

The delivery is only possible if You have previously set up a lockable premise capable of receiving the goods, where the transporter can enter during the night without any problem and there he can place the given shipment.

 

Delivery to End-Users

For us it is not only a slogan the statement that: ’we serve exclusively dealers'. We have done this in the past 20 years and we will be doing this in the future, as well. We consider it important to give our partners a detailed description of our services, because this is what creates a clear situation in our relationship and sustaining this in the long run would be difficult without the basis.

To choose the most appropriate transport solution for You, please revise the ways we can deliver to You or your Partner, within 3 or 24 hours, or even at night.

Office Express:

Delivery from wholesaler to the end-user on behalf of our Dealer Partner within 3,5 hours in Budapest and in the surrounding-area.

Using the service You have the possibility to deliver the ordered goods directly to the specified address of Your end-user Partner within 3,5 hours.

Terms and conditions:

  • The deadline for placing the order is between 08:00 o’clock and 16:00 o’clock on weekdays, delivery within 3,5 hours after ordering.
  • The service is available in Budapest and its surroundings (in the marked settlements).
  • The service is only available for our Partners paying by bank tarnsfer, in case their end-user Partners are paying by bank transfer.
  • Our Partners paying by bank transfer may take advantage of the service in case their end-user Partners are paying them by bank transfer, as well.

Advantages:

  • Inasmuch there is no possibility to come for the ordered goods to the CORWELL's depot, but the next-day transport would prove to be late already, with this service, the ordered product can be at the end-user Partner within 3,5 hours.
  • Our Partner can promise to the end-user Partner, that the product, which is urgently needed, can be taken over within 3,5 hours.
  • You can deliver in Express way to Your end-user Partners, that You don’t even meet the goods.
 

The document accompanying the cargo is a three-copy invoice without price, the second and third copy of which stamped and signed has to be bought by the colleague carrying the load. We attach a certified copy of the delivery note to the prepared invoice for our Dealer Partner.

Office24:

Delivery on the next working day from the wholesaler to the end-user in the name of our dealer Partner.

The ordered products can be delivered directly to the end-user Partner in Your own name, without touching the depot.

The document accompanying the goods was based on the order, it is a delivery note without price, in the header of which appears Your company as the seller, while as a customer appears the End-user Partner indicated by You. During packiging and transport the first criteria is the neutrality, neither on the means of transport, nor in the documents accompanying the goods appears any sign or text referring to CORWELL Ltd. All the information, data regarding Your End-user Partners will be treated confidentially and we guarantee that these won’t get into the possession of a third party.

Terms and conditions:

  • The deadline for placing the order is 16:00 o’clock on weekdays, the deadline of delivery until the next day 17:00 o’clock.
  • Placing an order exclusively through our webshop.
  • Our Partners paying by bank transfer may take advantage exclusively of the service  in case their end-user Partners are paying them by bank transfer, as well.
  • It is available throughout the country.
  • At the first delivery the end-user Partner has to be registered at the customer service of CORWELL Ltd. by specifying the accurate shipping address, the name of the contact person, as well as his availability.
  • VIn case of rural delivery, the transporter doesn’t hand over the goods item by item, therefore please call Your end-user Partner's attention to the fact that, inasmuch they come across damaged, demolished shipment, take the minutes and let it signed by the transporter! The minutes has to be submitted to our customer service within 2 working days via our dealer Partners. We can’t accept the complaint beyond 2 working days.
  • CORWELL Ltd. issues invoice to its dealer Partners on the date of order, based on the purchase order. The invoice will be mailed based on the document justifying the delivered, transmitted consignment.

Advantages:

  • You can perform in such a way an order received from the end-user Partner the next day, that You haven’t even seen it, haven’t  even touched the products, thus in addition to the service fee, You do no have any cost, moreover You are saving working hours and resources, as well.
  • The time thus saved You can spend with tasks supporting Your business directly.
  • There is no need to maintain inventory and transport equipment.
  • Based on the foregoing, the increasing of the human resources efficiency is also available.
  • By using this service, You have the possibility - without any investment -  to serve the needs of Your Parners in remote locations within a working day following the purchase order.
  • With this service You also have the possibility to deliver within 24 hours.
  • Since CORWELL provides the background, You can always be sure that the suitable capacity is at Your disposal.
Invoicing on Behalf of Dealer

This service can be used In case of those purchase orders of Yours which are performed on the SHOPWELL webstore and will be delivered with Office24 services.

Your company appears as the issuer of the invoice, Corwell doesn’t appear anywhere. The possibility of IBR (Invoicing on Behalf of Retailer) is provided each and every month free of charge, however certain conditions must be met for the operation:

  • Our Partner requiring the service must have transfer payment condition at Corwell Ltd..
  • Our Partner must have a SHOPWELL webstore, the service runs exclusively under SHOPWELL, in case of the orders placed through the webstore. Inasmuch you already have a SHOPWELL webstore and also an IBR service, but You place an end-user order through the CORWELL webshop, thus we can not issue an invoice.
  • It is necessary to sign a contract between our dealer Partner and the Corwell Ltd., our company issues to Your company invoices within a specified range.
  • OFFICE 24 Service, namely the invoice can be issued in case of end-user direct delivery. Inasmuch Your customer has not requested the order for delivery, or it is not the Corwell Ltd. who delivers directly, then the invoice cannot be issued.

With the IBD service in case of OFFICE 24 purchase orders, next to the delivery note the invoice is also transmitted to the customer. In this way You do not have to send the bill post factum to the end-user, saving time and money thereby!

CORWELL Webshop

Our aim is to provide You up-to-date information and to simplify the ordering and the order confirmation process.

While planning and designing our web department store, great attention was paid to the fact that the buying habits of distributors are totally different than those of the end-users’ in general. For this reason we incorporated a lot of features, which support the work of our  dealer Partners.

During the registration process, there is a significant difference compared to the usual webshops, because in the case of CORWELL webshop the login name and password confirmation is not automatic. That is why any user wishing to enter is being checked at the registration so that by filtering the end-users, only the authorized dealer Partners could receive the necessary permissions.

Of course, our webshop can also be visited without password, but in this way only general information and product information is available for the interested parties. After checking in, every button and field is activated, and the prices (with the discounts of the logged-in partners) of all the current products and the corresponding stock information are displayed. The downloads and special offers become available, furthermore the list of the previous orders and financial data of the logged-in Partner can be viewed.

If you have not tried our webshop, please register as soon as possible in order to enjoy all the benefits offered by the online ordering and information system.

In our webshop you can also adjust if you request confirmation about all the orders received from your company.

Invoicing on Behalf of Dealer

Invoicing on behalf of the Dealer service can be used In case of those purchase orders of Yours which are performed on the SHOPWELL webstore and will be delivered with Office24 services.

Dealer Price List

Our price list can be downloaded directly from our website after logging in under the Price List menu.
 

Incentive Scheme

The Corwell Ltd. provides a uniform discount system to our Partners, the purpose of which is to support our loyal Partners, as well as to reward the efforts of those who achieved a high turnover in a given product range.

Calculation of assortment-based discount:

Each Partner of ours gets for the achieved category - based on the previous quartely purchases  - an appropriate discount, deducted immediately from the invoice at each-and-every purchase.

Calculation of Brand Discount:

This is the discount based on the turnover achieved during the previous calendar year from the given brand. Of course, some of our Partners may be entitled for a discount, in the case of more products depending on the turnover.

A summary of the discount system:

The two different discounts can not be merged. If one of our Partners is entitled for both discounts in  case of any type of product, then the most favorable is applied in their case.

 

Tender Support Program

Supporting our Dealer Partners to take part at end-user tenders.

In recent years our company has made considerable efforts to enable our system to operate more efficiently. Thanks to many supplier negotiations, CORWELL Ltd. has achieved to provide the basic products in supplying the company directly from the manufacturers, thus shorten the trading chain and making the prices more competitive. A further advantage of this is that our company may receive direct manufacturer support for certain projects, which enables us to support our dealer Partners in larger end-user tenders.

Our company - as always - has clearly formulated all the services and makes the conditions available to everyone. As a wholesaler we provide all our Partners the conditions in a straightforward manner and we don’t intend to have an influential role in the competition.

Inasmuch our Partner contacts us regarding a tender, then CORWELL Ltd. - knowing the annual quantities and all general conditions – provides individual project prices (or in many cases even price guarantee, as well) to some products or product groups specific, which relates solely to the end-user project (blanket order).

BLUE CATALOGUE, i.e Office Product purchase Guide

The BLUE CATALOGUE is one of the most important services of CORWELL Ltd. towards its dealer Partners. You can easily and quickly give offer about the office products to the end-user customers. Possessing the BLUE CATALOGUE, your customers won’t need other suppliers, since they can find in it everything they may need in the office, and the catalogue contains the country's largest selection of stationeries.

Since 1999, at the beginning of each year, we publish the BLUE CATALOGUE  - Office Product purchase Guide, which contains thousands of a wide range of popular CORWELL products on approximately 700 pages. The catalogue does not include our company name and contact details, in this way our dealer Partners can use it as an excellent tool for sales to the customers.

Available versions:

  • with uniform, prefabricated or unique cover
  • with book block, with- or without price

Next to the usual uniform cover of the BLUE CATALOGUE you can request the catalogue with prefabricated cover - including your company name and contact information, or with a totally unique cover, as well. When we are preparing for important meetings, we pay attention especially to our appearance, onto the forming of the first impression, since these contribute significantly to the success of the relationship. We never get a second chance to make a good first impression on somebody! At least we have to manage with such a significance those communication and sales techniques, through which we speak to our customers throughout the whole year. Electronic-newsletter

To support the sales of our dealer Partners we advertise daily in our electronic newsletter different discounts, novelties, which we provide in most cases in end-user versions, as well to be transmitted by our Partners to their customers. These newsletters containing no prices and CORWELL availabilities, can be downloaded after logging in. Place your own prices and conditions and you can send them to the customers from your database!

Back to School Magazine

In May appears the dealer version (without price) of our publication ’For the school start’ containing specially the school season products, which presents the latest trendy and well-proven product families of the given year school supplies, allowing thus our dealer Partners to prepare for the new season with up-to-date stockpile. The special edition of the end-user version appears in electronic form. The total retail price list for this publication is available during the period of validity on our website under the menu item: My price lists. We inform our Partners about the appearance of the publication in a  newsletter.

Thematic publications

We also prepare an independent, thematic end-user publication in the case of topics affecting relatively many items with bigger interest. We prepare every summer for several years the popular ’Nap-Tar-Ház’ Calendar Catalogue, from which your customers can order from September onwards annual calendar, agenda for the next year. The impressive brochure does not contain prices, in addition to the printed publication You can also send to  Your end-user Partners the link of the online version with turning pages. The total retail price list for this publication is available during the period of validity on our website under the menu item: Manage My price lists. We inform our Partners about the appearance of the publication in a  newsletter.

Brand Catalogues

From time to time we prepare the catalogue with our brands, thus appeared recently the VICTORIA and the MAYAH cataloue, as well – which are tools to support the full range of the given brand with a sophisticated design. Both publications are available in online format, so Your partners can easily thumb the publications of the www.victoriacatalogue.eu or the www.mayah.hu websites.

Would you like to install decals on your car, by which You perform delivery? Are You opening a new shop or maybe you would like to boost an existing one? Are you interested in joining a nationwide promotion? We know the solution!

From our exclusively distributed brands, in the case of SCHNEIDER and MAPED we run nationwide campaigns with the aim to increase our brand’s reputation and- the customers’ attachment, orienting the end-user claims to our retailer Partners.

In case of both brands we activate our customers online and offline, as well. The most striking interface of the online appearances is the Facebook, where the ads, posts and games attract the various target groups in the brand’s magic circle. In the  case of  the offline promotions we support the appearance of the brands with hostess promotions, business decor associated with the campaign, POS material and with display placements.

About the launch of the various promotions and the opportunity of joining them, you have the possibility to receive information from our newsletters and from our regional representative colleagues.
